  • Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We will deliver your order to you at the delivery address.
  • At your request, we will carry your order to the delivery address, and when we arrive at the delivery address we will call your contact telephone number to come out for your delivery.

Please note that at the moment, our driver only delivers goods only to specified region (Augsburg region). Our grocery delivery service covers most Germany residential addresses with individual postcodes. 

 

  • Orders placed before 12.00noon on Monday – Wednesday noon, will be shipped out on Wednesday evening.
  • Orders placed before 12 noon on Thursday – Saturday noon will be deliver on Saturday evening. For now, our deliveries will be twice a week (Wednesdays / Saturdays, but don’t forget our delivery takes 1-3 days via Post. 

 If for any reason you will not be available to receive your order on a specified date, kindly call our telephone numbers or send us an e-mail to arrange a suitable delivery date between Monday – Saturday. We will notify you via email or telephone call to advise a new delivery date if we are unable to deliver to you on the specified date due circumstances beyond our control.

If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, we will return the goods back to our store. You need to arrange another date and time while a sub charge will be added into your delivery fee.

we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We deliver our groceries in 48 Hours but in some circumstances beyond our control we aim to deliver within 72hours and we will notify you to advise the delay. We use a cooling method for our same day delivery that allows our frozen products to stay fresh and frozen for up to 8 hours

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as frozen and ambient food, cannot be returned due to contamination. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we inspected your return goods and approved it. We will send you an e-mail or give you a call to replace the items returned. If the product is unavailable, then we will give you a credit to pick another product in your wish or you wait till we re-stock back.

Germany Ground Delivery Network (4) Order by 12 noon on Monday – Wednesday, items deliver on Wednesday evening and 12 noon Thursday – Saturday, items deliver on Saturday evening. We make delivery 2 times in a week for most Augsburger locations (Please be aware there may be logistics delay but we aim to deliver within 72Hours).

Our experienced driver use car designed to keep your groceries at the correct convenient for their whole journey. The driver brings the shopping to your door, where you’ll be given a delivery note to sign. 

When you’ve finished your shop, at the bottom of the website click on the botton ‘Item(s) in your Cart’, it will show up your order, can edit each item or click on ‘Go To Checkout’ on the right side, you will be directed to the Shipping Address and Review & Payments page in order to get your item(s) delivered. Or Go to the right top part of the website and click on ‘My Cart’, your order will be displayed, then you can edit each item or continue by clicking on ‘Go To Checkout’, you will be directed to the Shipping Address and Review & Payments page in order to get your item(s) delivered.

We accept MasterCard, Bank transfer, Cash on delivery and PayPal system. If you want to transfer money to our account. Our bank account number would be given to you to transfer the total amount of your order into our account once the money reflect in our account, then we will arrange for the delivery with you. If the money transfers during the holiday / weekend period, meaning we will need to wait till the bank resumes operation in the next few days.

Our expertly trained shoppers always pick the freshest produce and the longest sell by dates. They also carefully good vegetables as if they were shopping for themselves. They ask themselves the question ‘would I buy it?’, so they always send you shopping of the highest quality. You can also specify specific substitutions or write notes to your picker, for example, ‘Equal-sized portions please’. When packing your produce, our team is trained to separate food from non- food, chilled from frozen and put heavy items at the bottom, to avoid any squashing. If you prefer, you can choose to have your delivery without plastic bags. We also store all products in climate-controlled areas, even in our car. This means your shopping is delivered in top condition and always arrives at the correct temperature. Our helpful driver will deliver your shopping to wherever you choose, whether it’s your front door or pick up at our store. Please note that substitution preferences and picker notes are only available (at the moment) on the website.
